For Once, I Am Innocent

(I know I shouldn't be starting a new thread, but I just couldn't resist)

Harley breathed a sigh of relief as she walked into the trophy room. She was finally alone for the first time today. Everybody had been on her case all morning.

Overnight, a student whom Harley had been having problems with lately was poisoned and everybody was pointing their fingers at Harley despite the Slytherin witnesses saying that she was in the common room all night. Nobody would trust a Slytherin these days.

Now because of this, Harley was facing expulsion from Hogwarts for something she didn't do. She sat down on the floor and thought about the harsh words that were said to her by her uncle. Her face still stung just a bit from the slap across the face.

Harley tucked some of her hair behind her ear and she stared out the small window in the room. How she longed to go for a walk in the forest to clear her mind, but she didn't want to hear the bickering from the other students about how suspicious she looked.

Harley sighed again as she stood back up and brushed the dust off of her uniform. She heard footsteps enter the trophy room.

"I just want to be left alone right now." Harley said as she kept her back turned to the entrance

Sarah was walking to the trophy room. Today was aniverty of her fther death. I been 5 years since she lost her father in death eaters attack. Her father was just proecting her when the dark Lord kill her father right in front of her. The last three years she always gose to the tropy room look at the the tropy he won in this 7th year at school At hogwarts. She didn't know anyone was in the room. Harley was there looking at the tropies.

"Hello Harley, I know you want to be alone, I have to look at my father tropy today." said Sarah

Then she walk around Harley and put her hads on the tropy case. "I miss you so much dad." whispered Sarah

When Sarah turn to face Harley. Harley was crying. "What is matter Harley?" asked Sarah

"I'm surprised you haven't heard. The whole school is taking a shot at me for something I didn't do!" Harley yelled as she turned her back to Sarah

"What did you do or accure of doing that the whole school is talking about it?" asked Sarah

[Jurrell Hall Kennedy]

jurrell was walking around hogwarts thinking of well who knows wat he was thinking but anyway as he walked he saw the trophy room he realy couldn't remember the last time he had laide his eyes apon all the magnificant trophys as he walked in he saw sarah and and harley talking he had remembered the incident this morning with the poisoned student no one seemed to be looking at it harleys way he was curious about who had done it "did you do it? and if no i would like to know who you think did it?" jurrell said with a freindly smile on his face

"Please Harley tell why you are so upset?" asked Sarah

Harley turned to Jurrell. "Of course I didn't do it! But nobody wants to listen to me or hear me out, not even my uncle or my cousin!" she yelled

"I believe you didn't do it." Said Sarah

[Jurrell Hall Kennedy]

"well im not noboddy so who do you think did it or do you think she just acidently poisoned herself" jurrell said smiling sweetly

"I don't know who did it and I doubt that she accidentally poisoned herself." Harley said as she tried to calm down. "Now, if you don't mind, I want to be alone please."

[Jurrell Hall Kennedy]

"beleive me being alone isnt all its cracked up to be" jurrell said trying to convince harley that the whole world isnt against her

"Who is the girl who you are accuse of poinising?" asked Sarah

Tyrone hadn't seen Harley since morning. Now she was off hiding somewhere probably to be alone. He thought the whole school was acting ridiculous towards Harley. He didn't believe that she poisoned that student, but then again, Harley does have a nasty habit of wandering around at night. He walked into the trophy room and not only found Harley, but Sarah and Jurrell.

"Hey Harley, I've been looking everywhere for you." he said as he walked over to Harley.

Sarah walk over to Harley and hug her. "It going to be all right they wil find the person who did that awful to that student." said Sarah

"Oh I was the one who posioned the girl." whispered Sarah

[Heather Granger]

Heather had been taken to St Mungos earlier that morning but after giving her lots of potions she managed to come back to Hogwarts but was still not very good and was reccomended to go up to the hospital wing. Heather was on her way when she spotted Harley, Jurrell, Tyrone and Sarah, quickly Heather turned and began to walk away when one of them called her back.
