Silent Nights

Alia stepped out into the dark cool night, a light breeze blowing her hair and deep emerald cloak about. She headed of at a stead happy walk toward the Forbidden forest, Her first venturing there.She reached the dark edge of the forest and threw back her hood, a wide smile upon her face. She looked about and saw no one; Alia took pleasure in this. She wouldnt be interupted tonight then. Shivers of fear, of excitement trickled down her spine.

Alia stepped about from the dark trees into the even darker glade beyond. She was intent upon finding them, and Al;ia didnt want to lose the trail she had fianlly caught site of. it was getting a bit more eerie out and Alia cursed herself for not inviting someone else to come along with her. thats rediculous,[i/] Alia thought to herself. no one would have come. Alia thought this last with a bittersweet melancholy. She wanted to make friends, really she did, it was just to hard sometimes to push herself. i wish someone would just appear here and be my friend. God, I miss you Janna [i/] .

[Krutika Gehi]

Krutika as again in the forbidden forest. She was surprised when she saw another student there. She walked forwards and accidently stepped over a branch which creaked loudly.

Alia jumped around after hearing what sounded like someone stepping on a branch. It was. 'Who's there?" She called out anxiously.

[Krutika Gehi]

"I am Krutika," Krutika said, walking forwards, "And you?" she asked, as it was a bit difficult to see in the dark. She raised her wand and said, "Lumos!" and a narrow beam of light now came from the tip of her wand.

"Alia." Alia cringed a bit at the sudden light. She was suprised to see that the other girl was about her age. " So...might I be so nosy as to ask what youre out here for?" Alia asked hurriedly. She didnt like to be nosy but on such a night like this it might as well of been suspected.

[Krutika Gehi]

"Nothing much.. just exploring," Krutika replied, "What are you doing here?" and then she smiled as she added, "Only if you don't mind me asking.."

"Looking for the fae." Alia said after a few moments hesitation. She didnt quite know what the girl, Krutika, would think of her. Alia glanced around. "There is a trail here...but I can't seem to find the right branch off of it. I get along fairly well with the fae at home so I thought I might visit the clan here..." Alia trailed off. She was babbling now that the topic was something she was passionate about. On a sudden whim Alia flashed a smile. " Might I join you in your exploring Krutika?"

[Krutika Gehi]

"Yeah, sure," Krutika smiled.

" So, where are we headed too?" Alia walked towwards Krutika, her eyes exploring the dark shadows and crevices of the Forbidden Forest. She was sure there would be some kind of animal around to see.

[Krutika Gehi]

"There," Krutika said, pointing at a direction ahead them, "Just a little bit more inside the forest.."

Alia nodded silently and followed Krutika. Neither spoke much for a while. It was dark and slightly scary out now. Random twigs broke around them and owls seemed to be viscious as they swooped down from above.

[Krutika Gehi]

After a few minutes' silence, Krutika spoke, "Do you often come here?"

((OOC: Sorry. Ive been grounded.))

"No. Its my first time here. But I often go out into the woods at home." Alia looked at the ground. The last few days she had been quite homesick.

Krutika realized that Alia was missing her home. She wanted to cheer her up so she changed the topic, "Er.. do you know this forest is also very exciting? But we must stay away from centaurs," she added.
