granted but the you wore them and steped in a puddle and got them wet and when you washed them they srunck so they wouldn't fit

ok but you are locked in your very cheap motel room the entire trip, with no tv and no water.
only a veryy expensive minibar.

you get your ice cream but it melts right away and you stain your favorite shirt with its drippage.
