Oryn's girls meet.

[Flyte Vance]

Flyte had decided that it was time to start with the whole studying thing, Ravenclaw had a good name for academics and she suppoused she should at least TRY to keep up with everyone else.

Not for the first time she wondered why the heck the hat had sorted her into that house.

Though, she laughed to herself, i doubt there is a house for the slightly whacky claustrophobes

With her arms stacked high with books and barely able to see Flyte made her way over to a table.

Mary had her nose buried in a book and was walking about the Library. That wasn't a very smart idea. Mary toppled over a chair and wound up hanging upside-down with her shirt caught in the chair.
"Bugger!" She muttered, shaking herself free and falling to the floor.
"Hi!" Mary smiled at the girl who was sitting at the table she had just humiliated herself in front of.
"May I sit here?"

Flyte giggled at the tumble of girl and books sitting in a jumble on the floor.

'Of course,' she smiled tucking her hair behind her ears and putting her book down, 'do you need help up?'

[mary]

"Thanks. No, I'll manage. If you think Im clumsy you should see me at my house!" Mary giggled then sat down.
"You see, I was thinking about this... well... I was thinking about a boy!" She squealed, then took on a look of confusion.
What has gotten into me?!? Mary thought horrified.
"Oh my gosh... I need to be slapped." With that, Mary promptly hit her cheek then went back to look at the girl. She burst into laughter at the look on her face.
"I'm Mary. Mary Nicole LeFroy."

Flyte laughed at the younger girls antics and felt herself warming to her. Reaching over she pulled out a seat for her then grinned.

'A boy hey? Why don't you tell me all about it? Its been a while since I have had a good gossip.' Flyte smiled brightly and extended her hand.

'My name is Flyte Morticroft.. you can call me Fly!'

"Okay, Fly! You see... his name is Oryn. He's in my house, but two years older. I'm a Metamorphmagus, so I made myself look like a 16 year old. It's horrible, really. You see, he waited for me in the courtyard and things got kind of awkward and I found myself underneath him. We were going to go for a walk, but it was too late." Mary blushed.

Flyte stilled at the sound of Oryn's name. She didn't want to upset the girl and she certainly didn't have a claim to him that she knew of..

'Oryn? Oryn Vance..' She wasn't sure how to deal with this situation - or if there was one at all.

'wait, under him? what..?'

[mary]

"He stole my shoe. So we had a small quarrel and I dove for the shoe and he did also. Of course, he still somehow got that shoe." Mary laughed and looked at Flyte.
"Why is there a problem? We didn't do anything. I'm too young. But... well, he doesn't know that."

[Flyte Vance]

'oh is that all?' Flyte smiled. 'Theres nothing to stress about there, you haven't done anything wrong - though it isn't fair to lie to someone if you really care for them..'

Flyte pulled out some Everyflavour beans and offered some to Mary.

[mary]

"No thanks... last time I had one of those, I threw up on Madame Maxime." Mary smiled, and pushed the box away.
"I know... but he would have never even given me a chance if he knew that I was under the age of consent." Mary looked at Flyte. "Oh, please don't tell him. I tell him when I'm ready. When I know that it's actually going somewhere."

Flyte smiled softly at Mary, she really liked the girl and didn't want to see her get hurt but knew that at the same time she had to learn her own lessons.

'Well Marz, is it okay if I call you that? the thing is that you shouldn't do anything you don't want to do just for a guy... it can get you in trouble.. i should know..'

She smiled at the younger girl.

'but i promise i won't tell him a thing, its between the two of you...'

[mary]

"Thanks, Flytie! Is it okay if I call you that?" Mary smiled.
"It would be nothing I haven't already done!" Mary said, then quickly clamped a hand over her mouth.
"You did not just hear that I am not a virgin!" she said with cow eyes/

Flyte was gobsmacked and then started to laugh.

'Yeah well i totally DID hear that... ' She laughed out loud and tried to quiet herself as the librarian looked over at them. 'Just don't tell him - he will think that he can get whatever he wants.. make him work for it...'

Flyte found herself trying to protect the girl at the same time as she realised this girl was her main competition....

I am so fricking weird she thought to herself..

"Trust me... I won't. It's not like I wanted to have sex in the first place." Mary gasped and winced, before placing her head in her hands.
"Please forget I told you that." She smiled.
"So... what are you doing, Flytie?"

'Well actually I haven't ever been to school before - I was home schooled. So I am just trying to get a grasp on this whole Academic thing... plus I was out late last night and didn't get a chance...' she waved at the pile of books.

'Boys are evil..' she sighed happily
