Oryn smiled slightly. "And I suppose that you want to make sure they don't get the wrong impression by seeing you associated with slimy slytherins, am I right?" he teased. He was positive that this was not at all what she was saying, of course. But Flyte was far too fun to tease to miss the opportunity.

[Flyte Vance]

'Yes.' She nodded seriously. 'I think that we should avoid you meeting them at all costs.'

She looked Oryn in the eye, her face serious. She put a hand to his cheek.

'Understand Oryn, I am not hiding you. Its just that they have been living somewhat Unconventionally for a long time now...'

[Oryn Vance]

Oryn quirked an eyebrow, trying to figure out if she was serious or if she was playing along to mess with him. For the moment, he decided to treat it like she was just playing along. "Well, I can certainly understand how it might be dangerous for me to meet them. I can certainly stay in the Syltherin commons while they're here. I have plenty of blackmail material to sort through that I've been falling behind on..."

'That might be just as well,' she smiled at him, 'there could be all sorts of trouble if they catch sight of you.'

She hugged him happily.

'Theres always something that you have going on in that Evil Snake world of yours isn't there?' she looked at him curiously. 'You seem to keep me well seperate to it.'

[Oryn Vance]

Oryn chuckled. "Actually, you seem to keep me separated from it, because I don't have anything to blackmail people with right now. But I suppose that there's no time like the present to get some..."

He looked at her curiously. "So, just so we're clear, you really do want to make sure that your parents and I stay well apart while they're visiting?" Most people would think that he was just playing his part well, but Flyte, thankfully, would be able to tell that he really wasn't offended.

Flyte bit her lip considering the situation.

'They just don't know about you, I will tell them, just lets wait until I do... they will be here for a while. There's plenty of time.' she sighed. 'They will probably be super excited about it too be honest, trying to get me to do lots of normal teen things... staying out late,partying, dying my hair...' she shuddered at the thought.

'Mother will probably gush over the fact that your a Bad Boy.'

Oryn just laughed.

"However you think best to handle the situation, little hummingbird," he teased. "I just couldn't tell if you were only teasing me. I would have been curious as to the reasons, of course, but I'd like to think that that is only natural."

He quirked his eyebrow. "And you don't like the idea of dying your hair?"

[Flyte Vance]

'Whats wrong with my hair?' Flyte pulled at a strand and inspected it carefully. 'I just don't see any need to dye it just to prove that I am normal. I am not normal and I don't really want to be, so I don't try to be anyone but me.'

[Oryn Vance]

Oryn smiled. "Absolutely nothing is wrong with your hair. But I was just reflecting that normally, a hummingbird has blue plumage," he teased. He toyed with her hair, then got a somewhat evil grin on his face. "I could get my wand and take care of that, actually..."

[Flyte Vance]

'Blue hair?' She smiled, 'Don't you think I would look like a smurf?'

'But if you think you can handle hanging around the girl that everyone points at and talks about then by all means please go ahead.' She pulled herself out of the tub and sat on the edge waiting.

Oryn grinned, picked up his wand and tapped her head lightly. Her hair turned a shockingly bright shade of blue, the color radiating out from her wand. "Well, my dear, if anyone can make this color hair look good, it would be you," he said, smiling as he looked at his handiwork.

[Flyte Vance]

Flyte laughed and pulled her hair forward so that she could see it.

'Oryn, how long will this last anyways?' she was laughing so hard tears started to stream from her eyes. She reached over and grabbed her wand and turned his hair a shocking shade of pink in return.

'Aren't you a pretty thing!' she laughed.

Oyrn smirked. "And if any boy can pull THIS off, I'd assume that it's me," he said, grinning down at his reflection. Reaching out, he gave her hair another tap, changing it back to normal. "There we go. Although yes, some day you need to go out blue... oddly, it fits you."

[Flyte Vance]

'Well thank you I think!' she wished she could take a picture of him with the bright pink hair so that she could always remember him like this. His smile was breathtaking when he did it and she blushed at her own thoughts. 'You do look pretty great with the pink too!'

I am so glad he is not in my head right now she thought with a shake of her head.

She returned the good deed by changing his hair back to its normal colour.

'This has been a lot of fun,' she said out loud.

"Yes, it has," he said, fixing his eyes on her. "Somehow, we don't seem to be able to have a day that isn't, do we?" He looked fondly at her... there was something in her laugh, her smile, that sent pleasant chills down his back. He found that he didn't want to leave this room, for fear that she'd have something to do that would take her away.
