Midnight Lake. (Open to Lilith, Sarah, and Harley)

Lilith sat by the edge of the water, her knees pulled to her chest, lazily treading her fingers in the dark water. The hour struck twelve.

Where are they? They agreed to meet at midnight. Hopefully they didn't get into trouble that they can't get out of.. again.

A cold breeze blew through the trees as Lilith looked up at the stars, hoping the others would arrive soon.

[Harley Johanson]

Harley walked out of the forest and headed towards the lake. There, she found Lilith sitting by the water. "Hey." she said as she sat down beside Lilith.

"Hey.... so... when are you going to see reason?" Lilith remembered asking Harley this question once before when they were younger and were visiting each other over summer break.

[Harley Johanson]

Harley raised an eyebrow at Lilith. "You know I never will." she said as she laid back in the grass

"What do they have on you, Harley? What are they blackmailing you or guilt tripping you with?" Lilith pleaded for Harley to explain herself. "I know your loyalty does not truely lie with them! It lies with yourself and only yourself!"

[Harley Johanson]

'You know very well they have nothing on me. I did it on my own free will. They are not guilt-tripping or blackmailing me in anyway." Harley said as she looked up at the stars

"Look me in the eyes and say that, Harley! But you won't, will you?" Lilith shook her head. "Harley, tell me what is wrong, please. I can help you.. you know very well I can help you.. just not with that job you asked me about."

[Sarah Draggory]

Sarah walk to the lake to meet with Lilth and Harley. Hey guys I am sorry I am lat Proessor Rhodes gave me detention that why I am damn late said Sarah So what did I miss asked Sarah

"Better late than never Sarah. Although, just as a bit of advice, if you stop getting detention, you might find you'll have quite a bit more free time, dear." Lilith said with a wink. "You haven't missed much. I am trying to figure out what happened to my childhood friend here to make her so.... different than the girl I once knew. Harley, you've changed, my dear.... or maybe am I the one who is seeing the world differently?" Lilith directed the end of her comment towards Harley and watched her friend, awaiting an answer.

[Sarah Draggory]

I am trying to figure that out myself said Sarah looking over to Harley. Harley didnt look to happy what sarah said about her, So Sarah move closer to Lilth.

Harley looked over at Lilith and looked her in the eyes. "Everything that I am doing is of my own free will. Ok?" she said. "Plus, you know what made me the way I am today."

"You're mum's curse?" Lilith said quietly, wincing slightly. She knew Harley didn't like to dig up her past.

[Harley Johanson]

"You know very well I can deal with the curse." Harley said to Lilith

[lilith]

"Harley, please drop the tough girl facade for two minutes and talk to me like the girl I used to know." Lilith said, giving Harley a hard look, thoroughly irritated with her attitude now.

"I really don't want to delve into my past Lilith" Harley said in a calmer voice. It was a voice not many heard coming out of Harley's mouth.
