Skipping Class OPEN!!!!!!!

Harley hadn't been in a very good mood lately. She was still mad at Derek, even though she knew she had to let that anger go. Classes weren't going as good as she planned.

She thought of spending the day in the muggle world, but instead she was sidetracked to stay in the Leaky Cauldron for a drink. Taking a seat at a barstool, she stood out pretty much, dressed in muggle clothing. Laying her head on the bar, she raised her hand and a couple minutes later, a glass of red wine was placed in front of her. Harley only sat up to take a sip.

Kaine appeared in the bar with a loud pop and waited as his cloak settled arround his ankles he walked to the bar and looked at the bar tender nodding "Hey there, hows it going i'll have half a pint of ale please"

Kaine looked to his left to a girl dressed in muggle clothes she looked of age just but Kaine couldn't be sure he knew asking her out right would be silly so instead he would engage her in conversation

"Hey nice day for a drink isn't it? Quiet its great when all the students are at hogwarts isn't i?"

Harley snorted. "Yeah, I need to get away from that castle, and the stupid drama with all the little teens around me," she said taking a swig of her wine. She looked in the glass, and it was empty. She tapped the bar, and had the bartender just leave the bottle. She closed her eyes, trying to push back the thoughts of the recent event that had taken place that morning in the Great Hall.

Kaine looked at her something was obviously upsetting her normally he would have come down on her like a tonne of bricks but there was something about her that made her seem like she needed his help

His beer apperaed on the bar and he took a sip "so tell me whats driven you so angry you have to get out of the castle?" Kaine looked across at her "Don't worry hogwarts can be a cruel place?"

"Oh, I just needed time out of there, some space to breathe. I know I'll have like tons of detentions when i go back, but I don't care," she said pouring herself some wine and sipping it. "Besides, it not really anger, it's more what you would call frustration."

"Frustration over what though?" kaine asked intrigued as he took nother deep sip from his ale the dark taste rushing over him refereshing him

"so what you going to do a you cant skive the whole time it is illegal you know?"

"Frustration over something that happened this morning," Harley said sipping her wine. She turned to face him. "Besides, I don't care if it's illegal or not. I'm doing it anyways, and more than likely I'll be doing it again."

Kaine looked at her "That wouldn't be smart doing it more than once "Kaine said hinting to her not to as he would have to act if she kept acting like this

"So what happened this morning then bust up with the fella? lost your potions homework?did a big bad bully pick on wittle ol you"

Harley couldn't help but laugh. "Somebody do a big bad bully pick on me? Your kidding right?" she asked. She took a long sip of wine and as she was pouring more, she spoke again. "It was a snag in my relationship, then a fight started. I normally would have been in it, but I saw no benefits for me, so I left and came here."

"not all ways the problem i speak from experience dont drink your problem away, aww does some one think there big and strong enough to take on the bullies" Kaine finished his drink left the glass on bar but continued talking to her

"I can take on any guy or girl in that school and beat them to a bloody pulp," Harley said setting her glass down. She put her elbows up on the counter, interlaced her fingers and rested her chin on her hands. "All they have to do is say something wrong and I'll be swinging a punch."

"The best fights are tose won without a single punch or the single wave of a wand thoe are the fghts that really matter. See what would you do if you were caught bunking by law enforcement fight your way out of that as you would just end up worse than you started"

Harley rolled her eyes at his words. "You know what? I've been told this many times by my teachers at school, but do I look like I care?" she asked. "Besides half the fun of fighting is the anticipation of getting caught. Hell, I could easily pick a fight with anybody in this bar, but I see not benefits for me in throwing a punch."

"Neither do i as i would just have to stop you like i said the best fight is that which is won with out the throwing of a single punch" Kaine hand moved to his wand in aticipation

"You are an arogant hot headed fool if you think is wise to start a fight in a pub full of fully trained of age wizards, sterotypical slytherin and i despise stereotypes your a silly little girl who is to big for her boots"

Harley laughed as she stood up and lifted her foot up on the barstool. "As you can see, I prefer high heels to boots any days. Plus, so what if I am a stereotypical Slytherin? You have no room to judge me, you don't even know me," she said placing her hands on her hips and glaring at him, giving him a cold hard look.
