"You know what I think," said Krutika, barley missing two marbles that had came fastly in her way, "don't you think there could be some sort of passagway or anything behind one of these paintings? As I said, this castle has so many hidden things nobody knows about.." Marbles had gain very much speed now.

"I agree," said Veritas, letting the remainder of the marbles get stuck in his shield. With a swipe of his wand, the shield disappeared and the marbles fell to the floor, and after bouncing once, the green and blue ones zoomed into their open pouch. "Let's check it out!" he said.

"Ok," said Krutika, collecting all the yellow and pink marbles into their bag and returning it to Veritas.

"Thanks for playing, that's was fun!" he said with a smile. "So where do you think we should start? It's a long hallway, so I think we should search separately but not too far apart."

"Yeah ok," said Krutika, smiling back, "I guess I will look in that way," she said pointing at a direction. There was a strange picture of a wizard there and Krutika had always a feeling that it was not just an ordinary painting.

Off went Veritas, keeping a distance away from Krutika, and lifting up a portrait every couple of steps. He hadn't found anything, until...

Krutika wasted a good ten minutes trying to figure out what was behind the picture.. she tried guessing passwords, and she had her hopes high when wizard in the picture kept on rejecting the passwords.. 'If he is even rejecting passwords, that must mean there is a password' she thought. But after wasting five minutes, wizard in the picture told her that he was just doing timepass and had no password or a door through his picture. Krutika felt like giving a lecture to him about wasting time etc when she realized Veritas had found something.

Veritas stopped at a particularly impressive tapestry. It seemed to be bolted to the wall all around, so that no part of it was able to be lifted up. Yet, pushing lightly on the middle of it, he could feel there was empty space behind it. He could hear Krutika coming towards where he standed just as he was contemplating burning the tapestry to get through it. Or maybe there was some better way?

Krutika walked towards Veritas. She looked at the tapestry he was trying to push. "Shall I help?" she asked.

"Help how?" he asked, a little bemused by the little third year trying to help him, a seventh year.

"Like this," she said, pointing her wand at the tapestry. She muttered a spell, a light came out from the tip of her wand, hit the tapestry, and bounced of it hitting her on head. "Ouch!" Krutika said, rubbing her forehead where it had hit her, "Er.. never mind!" she said and she pointed he wand at the tapestry again. She tried few more spells, all of which failed. "What the - " she angrily kicked the tapestry angrily, and to her surprise, it opened.

Veritas smiled as Krutika tried spell after spell. He had in mind a list of charms to use, and was rather impressed at the number Krutika tried off of that list before she gave up and kicked the tapestry. He was about to restrain her and attempt to calm her down, but the motion was halted by amazement as the tapestry reeled slowly up the wall, as light as a curtain, revealing a massive gap in the wall. "Erm..." said Veritas, trying to think of a good was to say what he was thinking. The room the tapestry had revealed was mostly blue in decor, and had a number of confortable looking sofas, as well as plenty of fancy desks and several bookcases lining the walls. He reflected on just where they were exactly in the castle before he finally asked, "Is that... the Ravenclaw common room?"

"Er.. I don't think so," Krutika said, "I would have known otherwise.. Lets go and see.." She stepped inside the room.

((ugh, I had hoped you'd just go along with it but oh well))
"Alright let's step in and find out what this blue studious-looking place is then. Maybe the teacher lounge." Veritas stepped through the doorway onto the blue and bronze carpet.

(No, Krutika has just mistaken in recognizing it, as this part of them common room is hidden behind a portrait ) Krutika looked around the room, and it looked very familiar. Infact, it did seemed to be a part of the Ravenclaw common room. But it was a very small room compared to the common room she was used to. She looked around, and saw a wall which was covered with what looked like back of a portrait. And Krutika knew what it was. She grinned and turned to face Veritas, "You were right.. it is the Ravenclaw Common room!" she walked towards the wall covered with portrait, and moved the portrait aside, from the hole in the wall they can see the part of Ravenclaw common room which students were used to. "I always suspected there was something behind that portrait in the common room.." she said, "And I wasted ages trying to guess passwords and everything.. If only I knew that it has another way to open from sixth floor corridor.. But now I know.."
