There do exist at this point three positions available on the teaching staff at Hogwarts. These are open to application (the preference is for experienced RPers with a history of RP on this board*) and the applicants will be treated just like any other job application.
The steps are simple.
1. Choose the position you would like to fill.
(Currently available: Runes
Arithmancy
History of magic
Astronomy
)
2. Fill in a sorting form. Remember the more details you give the more likely you are to get one of these positions.
3. Make sure you understand the commitments necessary and are willing to undertake them.
- High standard of RP necessary - our current teaching staff are all of a high calibre and RP exceedingly well. This includes spelling, grammar and tenses.
- Able to post with regularity
- It will be necessary to check in to the staff forum and liase with mods/admin regarding plots. Staff will be crucial in helping to move the plot forward.
Remember you are not guaranteed the position you apply for if someone else applies for it as well. If you miss out you may be offered a different position on staff.
Heads of House will be elected when the staff list is full and will be based on character personalities. [/u][/size]
Applications for these positions are open for 10 days from the 10th of August. They are to be posted in the STAFF sorting thread and the Staff application completed. There will be questions for everyone to check their knowledge from the admins.
